Can I return or exchange merchandise?
The Bojangles Online store accepts returns and exchanges of all products up to thirty (30) days from the date an order was received by the Customer, if the original tags are intact and the garment has not been worn, soiled, laundered, or dry-cleaned. Discontinued or closeout items cannot be returned/exchanged, unless damaged or defective. If any item is returned because it is defective or damaged, Bojangles Online Store will refund the full sales price charged, including tax, and including the cost of shipping to and from the Customer. If an item is returned for any other reason, Bojangles Online Store will refund the full sales price charged, including tax, but not including the cost of shipping.
When exchanging a non-defective item, the Customer is responsible for the cost to ship the unwanted item back to us and Bojangles Online Store will pay the shipping of the replacement item back to the Customer.

Do you reimburse for shipping?
If the merchandise being returned is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.) shipping for returns and exchanges will be at no cost to you. Please notify us at the time you initiate the return or exchange.
