Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Bojangles® Online Store. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Merchandise Returns (Apparel & Non-Food Items)

The Bojangles Online Store accepts returns and exchanges of eligible merchandise up to thirty (30) days from the date your order was received, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags are intact
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, if applicable

NOTE: Discontinued, clearance, or final sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Perishable & Food Items

Due to food safety and health regulations, all food and perishable items, including Bo's Famous Seasoning®, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a food item arrives damaged or is otherwise defective, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion. Opened or used food items cannot be returned.

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

If any item is returned because it is defective, damaged, or shipped in error, we will refund the full sales price charged, including applicable taxes and original shipping costs. Return shipping costs for such items will be covered by us.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If merchandise is returned due to an error on our part, return shipping will be provided at no cost to you.
  • For all other approved merchandise returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable on non-defective returns.

Please include:

  • Your name and email address
  • Shipping address
  • Original order number
  • Description of the item being returned
  • Reason for the return or exchange

Return instructions and shipping details will be provided once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Additional time may be required for your financial institution to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer service. If an order has already shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable and standard return eligibility rules apply.

Exchanges

Exchanges are limited to eligible merchandise items only. Customers are responsible for shipping returned items to us. We will cover the cost of shipping replacement items back to the customer for approved exchanges.

Consumer Rights

This return policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection or warranty laws.
