Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping to you, based on your location within the US.  Back to top
What payment method do you accept?

How can I check the status of my order?
Please login to your account and click Account in located at the top right of the page. Click Orders and then tracking for the order you wish to track.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes you can but you will need to contact us within 24 hours of purchase time. Please contact us at bojangles@thesourcinggroup.com. Please include in the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and your order number. This will alert us that this email needs immediate attention. In the body of the email please include your name, order number, and the reason for cancellation. If we are able to cancel your order before it has shipped, we will issue a full refund, including shipping. If your order has shipped, we will issue a refund for the amount of the order less all shipping charges.   Back to top
Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Can I purchase a gift card online?
At this time, we do not have the ability to sale gift cards online. If you would like to purchase a gift card, you can either visit one of our stores or send a check or money order for the amount you would like to purchase to: Bojangles’ Restaurants, Inc., Attn Gift Card Purchase, 9432 Southern Pine Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28273. The minimum card purchase is $5, and the maximum is $100. If you decide to purchase via mail, please make sure to include a physical address for shipping. The card(s) will ship via UPS. If this is a holiday gift and you would like it shipped directly to the receiver, please include the shipping address with your payment. Also, in order to get cards to you before the holiday, we would need order in by December 17.   Back to top
